Streetballers by PlayPark SEA Game Policies
Inclined with particular PlayPark Inc. policies, as provided on the company’s website and subsites, there are certain penalties for the violators of the company’s Code of Conduct. It is also the responsibility of all the customers to be aware of PlayPark Inc. Policies, violations, and penalties as agreed upon in the PlayPark End User License Agreement.
However, claims of ignorance of such information shall not be excused. Listed below are the general penalties maintained by PlayPark Inc. as a company.
There are also game-specific account penalties, which you can find by checking the appropriate links at the bottom part of this page. In most cases, game-specific account penalties will take priority over our general company account penalties.
However, please remember that depending on the nature of each violation, either the company or game-specific penalties may apply, the choice of which rests on the sole discretion of PlayPark Inc – PlayPark StreetBallers’ Game Masters.

Important Reminders Regarding Violations and Penalties
1. All listed penalties presented are arranged into fair standards dependent on the general nature of each offense but are still subjected to any necessary adjustment as deemed by the sole discretion of Playpark Inc.
2. All violations are validated through the actual observation by PlayPark StreetBallers’ Game Masters, Playpark Inc., and the game itself has no obligation to present evidence related to any cases it has ruled upon.
3. All penalties listed above can be issued on a per-instance basis, resulting in an accumulation of 1st offense penalties or an automatic 3rd offense penalty, depending on the number of violations committed. The choice of recourse in such cases is entirely at the discretion of Playpark Inc.
IMPORTANT: PLAYPARK ACCOUNT PENALTIES
Players are advised to safe-guard their own accounts as they are responsible for any actions done using it. Accounts that are caught for illegal activities will face penalties as stated, regardless of whether the illegal activities were done by the rightful owner or otherwise. Please be guided accordingly by the Game Policy, Penalty, and Offenses.
Listed here are the general account penalties maintained by PlayPark as a company. There also exist game-specific account penalties. In most cases, game-specific account penalties will take precedence over our general company account penalties. However, please remember that depending on the nature of each violation, either company or game-specific penalties may apply, the choice of which rests on the sole discretion of Asiasoft Inc.

Illegal Trading and Dealings
Real Money Trading (RMT)
Users are prohibited to advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying, trading, selling, sharing, or transferring access to items or any other game-related feature to another account or player through transactions involving the use of real money. This is a serious offense and your account and related accounts can be suspended indefinitely.
Account Hacking
- Account hacking is defined as accessing a game account without specific permission from the owner and/or without the owner’s knowledge. Account hacking includes the following, but is not limited to those listed:
- Attempting to obtain or obtaining passwords or private account information from another user,
- Accessing another user’s game account without explicit permission from the owner, or
- Logging in your account to another user’s device.
The scenarios mentioned above are subject to the permanent banning of accounts.
Please be reminded of the following:
- PlayPark will not be liable for the loss of accounts, items, coupons, and diamonds or any game progress due to hacking.
- Please safeguard your account and your account details.
- Do not share your account with others as it will cause your account to be vulnerable to hackers.
- A game account is the owner’s responsibility.
Refund
As stated in our Terms of Service, Players are prohibited to make a refund as PlayPark StreetBallers has a no refund policy. Accounts will be suspended indefinitely and will be evaluated by the team according to the extent of the case.
Important Reminders Regarding Violations and Penalties
All penalties listed above are arranged into standards dependent on the general nature of each offense, but are subject to any adjustment as deemed necessary by the sole discretion of PlayPark Inc.
All violations are validated through the actual observation and investigation of the GMs. PlayPark has no obligation to present evidence related to any cases it has ruled upon.
The repetitive offense also calls for an increasing fine with no cool-down immunity which players can choose to have their accounts permanently suspended.
The choice of recourse in such cases is entirely at the discretion of PlayPark StreetBallers’ Game Masters and PlayPark Team.
