StreetBallers Movement Guide

There are a lot of terms people will throw around in-game. Here’s the list of basic moves and terms every player can/will use in-game.

Shooting

StreetBallers Movement Guide

  • While carrying the ball and attacking, in the shooting zone tap and hold the “Shoot” button to shoot. Shooting skills are divided by location such as: Close Shot, Mid Shot and 3 point shoot. When shooting from a very long distance, it will reduce 3 points hit rate, the farther the distance, the lower the shooting hit rate.

StreetBallers Movement Guide

  • Pump Fake
    • When carrying the ball, single tap the “Shoot” button to do a Pump Fake. When doing a fake shot, it will only move and will not shoot the ball. Shooting after a fake shoot will reduce the hit rate of the shoot

  • Open Space Shooting
    • When shooting, if there is not a defending player within the interference area, the shoot is considered an open space shot. When doing an open space shoot will increase the hit rate of the shooting depending on the space acquired.

  • Fireball
    When doing a 3 point shot and the ball goes in, there is a possibility to make the ball turn into a fireball.

Lay-up

  • When attacking and carrying the ball, in the lay-up zone, point the joystick towards the ring and tap the “Shoot” button to use the lay-up skill. When forced to lay-up, hand speed and lay-up will drastically decrease, will be more easily hit blocks from the opponent

  • Lay-up Zone
    • When performing a lay-up, self-lay-up attribute will reduce the possibility of a forced lay-up being active.

Dunk

  • When attacking and carrying the ball, in the dunk zone, point the joystick towards the ring and tap the “Shoot” button to use the skill dunk

  • Air Pressure
    • When jumping and dunk, if in a certain area in front there are opposing defenders who block jumps, then the dunk is likely to be exposed to air pressure. After the dunk is hit in the air, the ball will go out of hand, becoming a free ball, both parties can grab it

  • When dunking, the dunk attribute on oneself will reduce the possibility of being hit actively in the air.

Passing

StreetBallers Movement Guide

  • In modes other than 1V1, tap the “Pass” button while carrying the ball, to pass the ball to another team player.
  • When passing, the ball will be pass to the player who is in the empty position based on the joystick direction, or pass the ball to the player who is closer to the ring
    • High Pass: When making a normal pass, if the ball receiver is too far from yourself, it will use high pass to pass
    • Low Pass: When making a normal pass, if the ball receiver is a bit close to himself, it will use a low pass to make the pass=

Special

StreetBallers Movement Guide

  • Each player requires different energy to release a special\n When energy is sufficient and can release the ultimate move.
  • Tap the “Ultimate Move” button to release special moves when the Energy is full.
  • Energy
    • Each player’s initial energy is 0, after the game starts, energy will recover every second, max limit is 2500.

  • How to gain Energy Recovery
    • Centre: Entered the ball 2 points, successfully blocked, managed to steal, managed to box out, got a jump ball, did an open space shoot, managed to do passing.
    • Power Forward: Entered 2 points, managed to block, managed to steal, got jump ball, did open space shoot, succeeded in passing.
    • Small Forward: Entered the ball 2 points, did a big space open shot, succeeded in passing, broke through and knocked down the opponent, succeeded in passing, succeeded in blocking.
    • Shooting Guard: Enters 3 points, breaks through and knocks opponents down, makes big open space shoots, gets loose balls, passes successfully.
    • Point Guard: Enters 2 points, provides assists , succeeds in stealing, fast passing, getting loose balls, successfully passing, doing open space shoots, successfully blocking, doing big open space shoots, using crossover and dropping enemies.
  • Different players in the same position will have different ways to get energy.

ReboundStreetBallers Movement Guide

  • When the ball shots on the court are missed or in the air, tap the “Rebound” button, to jump and steal the rebound.
  • The point of the rebound ball is not certain to be in the bottom area of the ring, when a shot from some distance does not enter there is a possibility to fall into long shot area or 3-point zone

Block

  • When the opponent uses any skill to score, tap the “Block” button, there is a possibility to block the ball
  • Air pressure
    • When jumping and doing a dunk, if in front of a certain area there is an opposing player who jumps and blocks, then the dunk is possibly exposed to pressure in the air.

  • Stop Dunk
    • After being hit by a block from the opponent, then you will enter the half squat stage, this stage will recover quickly, recovery time will be affected by the flexibility attribute.
  • Confrontation attributes reduce the chance of being dropped by the opponent when dealing a block to the opponent’s dunk.

Steal

  • When an opposing player carries the ball, at a suitable distance, tap the “Steal” button to steal, there is a possibility to drop the ball or to get it.

Interfere

  • Under the feet of the attacking player there will be a fan-shaped interference area, when shooting, if there are defenders in this area, then based on the position of the defender it will be decided whether a interference to the shoot or a strong interference to the shoot

  • When opposing players are located within the fan-shaped interference area, it will change colour to red.

Pick and Roll

  • When you are in an attacking position and don’t carry the ball, tap and hold the “Pick and Roll” button to screen the opposing player.

  • Pick and Roll, not only can block running from opposing players, it can also push opponents, giving teammates opportunities to score.

Crossover

  • When dribbling, simultaneously by tapping and holding the “Crossover” button, point the joystick to the right or left, the player will cross over based on the joystick direction.

  • Fall
    • When dribbling, the direction of the defender’s movement suddenly changes to the opposite direction, then there is a chance the defender will fall.

Post up

StreetBallers Movement Guide

  • Post Up is divided into 2 stages
    • Post Up: When carrying the ball, tap and hold the “Post Up” button to enter post up mode, keep holding the “Post Up” button, then you can dribble behind the back on the spot. While performing this skill, there is still a chance for the opponent to steal.
    • Post Up Crossover: While dribbling, tap and hold the “Post Up” button, and at the same time move the joystick left or right , Players will post up crossover based on the direction of the joystick.

  • When doing a post up and there is a collision with the opponent , there will be a possibility to make the opponent scattered or scattered by the opponent, the result will depend on the confrontation attribute of both sides.
  • The confrontation attribute reduces the chance of being hit by an enemy when doing a post up crossover.

Hasten
